Hotel was clean but bed was sinking in. Hotel is pet friendly but quests seemed surprised to see them. loved thw fact they had a court yard for the dogs to run leash free. Breakfast was good but unfortunately the oool went down while we were there and staff didn’t seem to care. I picked this hotel for the pool. Should have stayed somewhere cheaper. disappointed

over all property was nice, the finishes in the suite are poorly done, the room wasnt as clean as a suite should be, indoor pool was very cold, the kids still when in. last issue the price Expedia gives you its your final price, they sneak a accommodation fee of 8 dollars.

This hotel is in a great location for highway proximity, and has the basic amenities. It is a little dated and the rooms are just ok. The tv was blurry so it made it hard to watch anything, the toilet wouldn't flush so my husband had to remove the lid on the tank and fix the arm so it would flush again, the mattress was ok, but definitely had a lean toward the middle resulting in very sore backs by the morning. The towels for the shower were tiny. Like really tiny. The staff were very friendly and checking in and out was quick and smooth. Overall, the stay was average and ok, but the hotel could use some updating.

It was a very bad experience, I booked 1 king bed but was given 2 twin bed room instead. Most of the stuff in the room was in a bad condition. Extremely rude front desk staff, main door latch was broken, AC filter was out, curtain rods were broken, microwave not working, shower head was not secured properly, was basin stopper was missing. I called the front desk lady to show all of these issues but she humiliated us and said we guys booked a cheaper room. She refused to provide any resolution or assist in any manner.

We stayed only one night. We unfortunately missed the pool it closed at 9pm. Our room wasn’t very clean. Couple hairs on the floor in the bathroom and just dirty in the corners everywhere —Gross but whatever it was a bit late to complain. The bedding had a subtle but weird smell to them and I didn’t sleep well because of it. The smell didn’t bother my husband. The TV was blurry LOL Overall, not a great hotel experience. The breakfast - not very good. We ended up just going to Timmy’s. I was also charged $5.85 for some fee or tax or something when I checked in. I’ve never been charged at the hotel when I book through Expedia. We won’t be staying here again. Not worth the money. This property is clearly older. I’ve stayed in many holder hotels and enjoy them. This one just needs a bit more care.
