My only problem is that they took a $250 security deposit on top of being paid for the room in full…3 days later i still have not received my deposit back

Stayed when visiting the zoo, as it was the only place available. Very dirty, damp (left all belongings/clothing/luggage with a mild/mildew smell), lots of bugs. People in neighbouring units sat outside smoking all day so unable to leave screen door Open for fresh air. Would never stay here again.

It was good, nice and quiet. Check in was easy, parking was right outside our door, the parking lot filled up quickly in the evening and I didn’t hear a single vehicle. The front desk was really helpful.

The location was very close to my activity. Not sure if some rooms for immigrants/ people needing help but seems to be a different groups of people enjoying outdoor space at the fringe of the parking lot. The back door was propped open 3 time that I went in and out Over the weekend. Not very secure.

Rented a room for my son and I. Great location. A short 10min drive to the GO train station, a handful of restaurants in area. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable (although personally I prefer firmer). Breakfast is included but neither my son or I liked it. They served warm scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, potatoes, waffles, toast, cereal, apple & orange juices and coffee. The waffles were ok but we didnt care for the rest and didn’t have breakfast there the next morning. Also, I wanted to take a bath after a long day of walking in downtown Toronto but there was no plug for the bath drain. I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk upon checkout and she said for future reference, I need to ask the front desk for one. That seems odd. Overall though, it was comfortable and staff were very friendly.
