Far superior breakfast buffet. Decent coffee all day long. Water and cups in lobby. Amazing and polite staff, especially the lady I dealt with at reception during a very late check-in of 1am. She even gave us yogurt, muffins and a banana because she assumed we didn’t have supper on our flights over (which we didn’t, just a tiny bag of pretzels). Just great vibes all around. It was noisy though, the large windows are great for light but not so good at keeping sound out. Outside the hotel is another story, a little dirty, and quite a few people who seem to be hurting, but that’s Oshawa for you.

Staff was professional and provided outstanding service. Room was very nice and was advertised. Inside the building was neat and clean. Parking was good although tight for a Subaru Ascent. As minor note, the part of Simcoe St where the hotel is located is a 1-way northbound, so coming from the north requires a small detour to get to the location.
