Our room was on the second floor directly beside the elevator. Didn't sleep at all because the elevator sounds like its in your room with you and was so noisy. There was also hair on the bedsheets under the pillow. Didn't love that. When I checked out I made them aware of the noise and got a typical "sorry" but no offer to reimburse or rectify the fact that we didn't sleep. Wouldn't go back.
