The moment we walked into the motel. The staff was not easy to get along with. We finally got our room, to find out the A/C isn't working, woke up to have a shower and there is no hot water. Called the front desk 3 times and they never sent anyone to look at our room. Go to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer doesn't work. Callled back for the 4th time and still no one showed up. I have demand my full refund. I will never be staying here again

Staff at front desk were friendly. My friend and I (both female) did not feel safe and decided to check out again after about an hour. Front desk provided manager’s email without asking. Manager responded promptly and a full refund was issued. We found a lot of negative reviews afterwards which confirmed our sense of not feeling safe. I very much appreciated the manager’s response and was thankful for the refund.

I missed amenities like hangers and coffee in the room. They do have free coffee in the lobby. The room was run down but clean. I found the noise from traffic difficult to sleep through so bring your earplugs! Otherwise, it was as expected.

The hallways smelt, my room was quite dusty and you could see the dust / dirt in the ventilation system right above the toilet. Turned on AC in my room and it somehow managed to be 7 degrees hotter when I woke up. Bed was nice but pillows were uncomfortable. The two men I saw that worked behind the counter were fantastic, super friendly and easy to communicate with! Nothing wrong with the staff it is just the building itself, I will not be staying here again.
