The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a highlight as well. I didn’t use the gym but it’s right next to the pool in the lobby. There was also plenty of free parking as well. I really have no complaints. This room and hotel fit exactly what we needed at a good price.

This was our 2nd stay. Its very close to the Go station, which makes it so convenient for going into Toronto,it has a good continental breakfast and nice rooms. Thereia also dining options close by.

Worst experience w/ quality suites & hotels.com

AC wasn’t working. It was completely dirty. Cleanliness is not a priority there neither is comfort. And then hotels.com and the quality suites both honest someone another to cancel my reservation and then provide me with a refund which I never did get by the way so both of these companies I would never use again!

Great breakfast, kind staff. Place is a bit tired but it great bang for your buck. Rooms were clean. Mattress was old but I slept great. Clean updated washroom! Pool in a sunny atrium.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. We stayed on 3rd floor the room was just fine. No issues at all a great air conditioner. Shower was cleaned good water pressure. Pool was spotless and warm Breakfast was exactly as advertised. Waffle maker, pastry, bagels, eggs, cereals, yogurt Everytime we were in or out someone was cleaning the floors windows that’s always a great thing to see the front lobby was spotless. The only complaint I had was the elevator. Incredibly slow we could walk upstairs and downstairs by the time it took us up to the 3rd floor All staff was great. The front desk manager left a note for the morning crew to allow us in 30 mins early for breakfast as we had a tight schedule. These are the things that I look for in customer service. Great stay would do again

Our floor smelt like smoke, the room was okay. Some updates but door was very water damaged. Air conditioning really worked well. Overall is was good- attempting to update. Simple breakfast and a pool.

Definitely would not recommend this hotel. While the foyer looked promising, once we got to the second floor, there was an overwhelming stench of old cigarettes and weed (although the hotel says it’s non-smoking). The carpets were filthy and stained and the doors to the rooms were in poor shape. The elevator was very loud and slow and also smelled.
