I was surprised not to find a wardrobe / closet in the room, nowhere to hang jackets or trousers. The coat hooks on the bathroom door were not fixed correctly. Otherwise the room & bathroom were clean and there was tea/coffee making facilities as well as a microwave available in the room. I would certainly consider using it again if I visited the area.

On our first night we found bed bugs. They assigned us another room. The next day with our influence. We were giving a free night stay on their cheapest night. When we return for that complimentary stay. One of the bed sheets for the room was clearly not changed. The corners bathroom room floor was covered in mold. The staff seemed annoyed when I brought the a few of the issues to their attention.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Super 8 by Wyndham. The condition of the linen was unacceptable, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor that I would never expect from a Wyndham property. Even worse, the bed was remade without changing the linen. When we complained, there was no staff available to assist, so after a long day and well past midnight, I had to go to the reception myself to get fresh linen and make the bed. This is not the level of service we paid for. Additionally, the room itself was unclean, with noticeable dust and signs of neglect. The bathroom had rust, broken tiles, and poorly maintained shower curtains, which clearly hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. I genuinely feel like I should be compensated for having to do the hotel's job and make my own bed. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The photos shown do not show the poor service in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Our shower ceiling was fixed due to a leak but since it has not been retouched. You can tell that certain priorities have fallen on the way side. The floors in our room and around the hotel are sticky. It is disappointing given the photos shared on Expedia for the rooms, seem to be much more kept up.
