the stay was great - but for us elderly people, we get up in the night to use the washroom - there's not too much space to get out of the bed against the wall. The fan in the washroom was noisy, so you had to close the door and then put on the light. New process for breakfast - at the desk the person gave us small ticket to give when we had breakfast to show that we were members, but I never saw anybody else give the small ticket.

The room was old and there were stains on the carpet and the walls black out curtains were ripped also was told that only 2 of could have free breakfast when I booked for 3 people this should be mentioned when booking

Pro’s: good location, ONE very nice and attentive housekeeper. Our room wasn’t terrible, just had a leak that they wouldn’t fix & put a towel down to catch the water. Con’s: it looks like they’re housing either homeless people or providing some sort of halfway- rehabilitation service because it was like a shelter. -if you wanted extra anything, the front desk was unable to get it because “the housekeeping door is locked.” ALWAYS. No extra pillows, no extra towels, not even help for the ceiling that was leaking ( and continued to leak for the entire stay). -it smells & looks very unkept -the staff hound you for your vouchers for breakfast because sadly people have come in and hoarded food & ruined the continental breakfast experience for everyone- not the staff’s fault but it shows the quality of patrons at this location.

I liked everything no complaints, I wish there was complimentary water in the room, weights in fitness room. And I wish I was able to bring the free continental breakfast to the comfort of my room. But overall great experience and I loved it and I'll be back.

Stayed here for a quick night, check in was quick and easy for the most part. Rooms were decent a little dated. We wanted to look at the breakfast before leaving for my sons basketball and the lady was a bit snarky when we peaked in to look at what they had and just gave us attitude and asked if we had the voucher or whatever. We were never told there was a voucher needed for breakfast when we checked in and had already given the cards back at that point so it wasn’t worth the hassle.
