Fantastic Service and Stay
Such an incredible stay. We were in town for a party and a funeral. They were there when I drunkenly locked myself out and when I couldn't leave the room in time because I was crying so hard. True hospitality!

The one front desk lady was amazing. The 3rd shift man was a crabby jerk. They keys to the room never worked and the lights by our bed didn’t work. We stayed 2 nights and they never made the bed up. No clean wash rags.

I was disappointed the facility had no hot tub - they just had a pool. I also left my i-phone charger and cable in the room and called that same night to see it they could retrieve it and mail it to me. The woman at the front desk put me on hold and checked lost & found & the room. She said she found nothing & told me to call back next and ask to speak to housekeeping? Kind of odd if they stole it why would they fess up when I called back? A properly run hotel would follow up with housekeeping and offer to call me back the next day to resolve the problem. I will not stay there ever again.

The hotel was in a great location, close to airport, dining, and downtown. Breakfast was good, and coffee was amazing and available 24/7. Only complaint would be the television and the cable. Old tv, digital cable with frustrating channel lineup. Maybe have the hotel print out a channel guide for guests not from the area. Would definitely stay again if I came back to the area.

I liked that the property itself was extremely clean, all of the furnishings were in good condition, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. It was in a great location, easy to get anywhere in the area. Manager was very friendly and helpful, especially with the waffle machine! I would stay there again.
