The rooms were clean. The games they had available to play with your kiddos was excellent, and the pool was not to cold. Breakfast was good and the overall experience was great.

House keeping guy was very kind and cheerful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was wonderful. Our only complaint was Dst morning when we came to breakfast all hot food and waffle batter were empty.

Seemed to be kept very clean and smelled wonderful.. However only complaint I could have was the waterfall coming from the top of window when heavy rain / storm came thru…told management and hope they are able to get that issue fixed in that room…

The room smelled like musty moldy carpet. I only stayed one night so I didn’t complain about it but when I checked out I did mention it to the front desk staff and he said that I could have switched rooms. 2 night stay, room not ready at check in, waiting 15/20 minutes. First night fine. Second day went out in morning all fine came back to room about 12 and a member of staff asked why we’re not checking out as only staying for 1 night? We explained that we had booked and payed for 2. We went to the checking desk and told Expedia had only paid them for 1 night and WE needed to talk to Expedia to pay for 2nd night! After a lot of messages to and from Expedia the mgr agreed to sort it out, which he did. Poor communication with Expedia and hotel
