Surprised to not find people at a desk to check you in just kiosks. I did not have a booking number so I could not even start and then spent some time trying to find someone to help me . Boy if you don’t have a smartphone you are so screwed and if you are an older person it would be hard

Very basic, clean accomadation, very small with no closet and small bathroom with no counter space. Check in was all digital, requiring a confirmation number I didnt have. Their system would not recognize my Expedia itinerary number. Help, when it came, was cold and impersonal. I do not recommend this place for older travellers spending more than 1 night. Great location for access to the train station and, thus, the airport via the train.

The property was very convenient from the train station and provided easy check in. The room was clean. Even late at night it felt very safe. The lobby areas had a mildly bad odor and some inoperable vending machines, but I felt these were temporary problems.

They have a kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave so if you have a family with small kids your a large family you can put your label food in fridge Also theres a cafe connected to the hotel that has really good food. Note: if you order a black coffee you get free refill!

This was my third stay at Citybox Oslo. It is a great budget hotel. Perfect location near transportation, two cafes in the building, washer/dryer facilities, clean, comfy beds and functional rooms.
