Stayed here for three nights from Thursday until Sunday, couldn't fault the place for cleanliness, and the location is superb. I had to pay(again!) to check in at the automated screen, but once I questioned it, I was told I'd get refunded. It was so worth paying the extra money to get a deluxe room with a top floor balcony, as the view over the main central station was great. If you are checking out on a Sunday, you can request an extension up to 6PM, rather than the usual 'out by 12 o'clock', this was useful, stayed until 2PM. Good value for money and would definitely return and recommend.

Location was very convenient to train station for express train to airport. Check-in was very easy and accommodating to us as we arrived early (very) and were able to pay small additional fee to get into room earlier than standard check-in time.

Excellent staff and overall a high value
The lady at the front desk gracioulsy allowed me to check in a couple hours early - which was a lifesaver since the central station lockers were all occupied. I was able to drop my bags and enter the city right away! The room was everything I needed and was very comfortable. Curtains darken the room nicely.

Going eco is good but room service every four days is a bit too long. I’d suggest 3 days better. No friedge or kettle or microwave in the room but you can ask at the reception for hot water and microwave use. Good lobby bar. Good service.

This hotel is super close to the Oslo Central S station. So was only a couple min walk. That was really the only positive. We arrived on a Sunday and not much is open in the area. There was also a street preacher in the station square with a mega phone that didn't stop until 7pm... The first impression of floor 4 is that it smelled of old urine, as did the room. I did find this of the central streets in Oslo as well. Didn't expect that. The room was small which was to be expected. One evening I was sitting in the lobby and a man walked in from the street and slept on the lobby couch... at one point the worker noticed. Asked him to leave and then left him when he refused.. so didn't feel super safe.
