The hotel met all of our expectations. It was clean and so convenient to shopping, museums, historic sites, and restaurants. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but once we figured it out, all was well!

Such amazing hotel ! It’s located in the heart of the city close walking to everything u would need or want to do in Oslo ! Also the high speed train to the airport stops one block from hotel / Super friendly and professional front desk staff !!!!

Clean, central and comfortable. Best breakfast I’ve had, better than some 5 star hotels. Don’t skip it! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and spotless. Highly recommend for a great stay!

Karl Johan Hotel is in an ideal location for city center Oslo! Convenient to the ports, opera house, museums, all walkable! Nicely appointed rooms and cozy lobby and mezzanine lounge! Highly recommend!
