Great choice if you have to stay at the Airport
Very convenient hotel for an overnight stay at the Oslo airport before an early morning flight. There is a covered walkway from the airport terminal to the hotel, and while it is a bit of walk great to be able to stay dry and mostly protected from the weather. The hotel has a modern Scandinavia design, clean lines and pratical layout. Room was set up well, great comforter on the bed. Nice dinner in the restaurant, with good fast service. My only negatives were the front desk seemed understaffed - always a line to check in, and bed was pretty soft (but found that was true of most Norwegian beds I slept in this trip).

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, Martine and Corazon were a delight to see when entering for the first time. Steine at the Gammo restaurant was remarkable. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

proximity to the airport is my primary concern in choosing this hotel, but is disappointed this time with the condition of the room, shower tap is very loose and very difficult to open and close and issue box was empty.

Less than optimal
From our arrival, things were less than optimal. To start, there was a long wait at check in. It was as if there was no room available for us and the system wasn’t letting the front desk staff check us in. We went to our room. The lights on either side of the bed wouldn’t turn on and there was no reception on the tv, which said “no internet connection.” We went down to have dinner in the restaurant and sat for 25 minutes before anyone came to take our order, while numerous other tables, who arrived after us, were served as we waited. The young man who ultimately took care of us was wonderful, once he realized what had happened. Then, I took a shower and there were hairs on the wall of the shower (not mine). All in all, it was not the best experience we’ve had at a hotel, especially at that price. I won’t be quick to return. And to boot, when I checked the rates for the same room on the same day, it was about $80 cheaper.

It would have been helpful to put "Red" in the property title. When I arrived at the airport there were signs for Red or Blue hotels. When I made the reservation I thought I was in the Blue hotel.

The location didn't specify which Radisson Hotel we were staying at! Their is TWO hotels there one Blue and one Red! It would have been nice to be informed as to which hotel you booked us at? Also, the room had no hot water for the shower! I notified the front desk that our room lacked basic warm water in the shower.
