Very nice staff in this hotel, our room was very warm so they provided us with a fan and a technician to fix it. We asked them not to send him as we were so tired but they didn’t hesitate to help us on the spot.

On my first day at the hotel, I was assigned a room. When I entered the room, I found it had not been cleaned at all. I stood at the door for half an hour waiting for it to be cleaned. It was 6:30 PM, and I was very surprised that the room had not been cleaned by such a late hour. The front desk told me to switch to another room. When I arrived at the second room, it was still uncleaned. The bedding had not been changed since the previous guest had used it, and there was half a bottle of Coke on the minibar. I had to go back to the front desk again to switch to a third room before I could finally check in. Half an hour after checking in, the cleaning staff suddenly entered my room without knocking, simply swiping their card to gain access. It was truly terrifying. The cleaning staff apologized but left without any explanation. I will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel.

The room was really nice and super convenient to the airport. However, the air conditioning in our room did not work. We set the room to 68°F, but it only cooled down to 78°. We had to get up early in the morning for a flight so it wasn’t worth complaining/moving.
