The room and amenities we used were excellent. The only exception was the restaurant. Menu was lacking choices and it appeared to be very understaffed. 20 minute wait to pay our bill and the restaurant was not that busy. Food was excellent.

Nice hotel with a few nice restaurants near by, and others in a walkable distance. Also near shopping areas and sights near by especially the palace. For those not wanting to walk there is a tram stop around the corner. Would recommend.

The modern refurbished aspect was much better than the radisson blu in the centre of Oslo the people on the desk were ever so friendly also

Everything excellent except a lady at the front desk in the breakfast front desk. She was rude and just provided me with a cup of coffee and told me if you one another one you have to pay. I wasn’t asking for another one. A blonde hair lady in her 60’s. She made me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to go back.

Short break in Oslo

I love staying at this Oslo. Central location ideal for walking to all the main sites. The fjord view room was spectacular. Breakfast choices amazing

This hotel was pretty much as expected. There was, if anything, too many breakfast options. The bar on the 20th floor was great, although the drinks were ridiculously expensive. There were 2 negatives. The maitre d' on duty at breakfast time actually lied to us, and our room maid failed to leave a complete tea/coffee making tray on 2 successive days.
