Simply couldn't fault 🤔

Every so often, when the stars align, everything falls in to place. My first visit to Norway (Oslo) and the sun was breaking all records apparently. The hotel reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was excellent (though we subsequently had an issue with the Samsung TV), clean and well maintained. The views were great. Breakfast - well that was lush. The staff were brilliant. The food was amazing and the choices were outstanding. We walked from the train station to the hotel, only a 25 min amble. Area was clean and seemed safe. No excess noise.

Great location and views

Comfortable enough, friendly and helpful staff ,but clearly not enough of them. We expect hotel rooms and bathrooms to be cleaned on a daily basis, didn’t happen once . Would also have been nice if the bins had been emptied every day. Dusty when we arrived, corridors not hoovered properly either during our five days stay. Comfy beds, great location and amazing views.

This was a really nice hotel situated not far from one of the main train stations so easy access to from the airport and the centre of town was walking distance. The staff will really helpful room was quality and the breakfast was awesome.

Fantastic views

Initial room was noisy but they switched it for me to a lovely quiet room. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Rooftop bar view is spectacular. It is a bit of a walk to the city center and or the waterfront area.

The hotel itself was very pretty and well designed. Location wise it was good for a short walk to tourist destinations. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. Really the only let down on the hotel I felt was the breakfast. Unfortunately I felt the cooked food wasn’t particularly nice. There is plenty of selection so you will be able to fill up.

At check in, a trainee reception staff was very good and directed us to all the places we needed to go to get tickets on the metro and explained everything to us, all staff were friendly, hotel clean quiet and swimming pool was good. Would definitely stay there again

I really liked the location, size of the room and its cleanliness. Being in the heart of Oslo made it easy to get around. One my favourite features was there was a gym and pool on the lower tier. Albeit, I was only in Oslo for the weekend, so I didn’t get to use these facilties. Sucks, I know! The fact that the hotel was busy (upon checking-in) was a testament to its popularity. Best feature was easily the Summit Bar on the uppermost floor.
