100% satisfied but…..

There is nobody to help your check-in upon your arrival. I found some guests having problems of getting in the main entrance. I suggest that more clear instructions should be given. Other than this, I am 100% satisfied with my stay in terms of the location, access to public transport, room space, cleanliness and comfort

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft but comfortable also. The kitchenette was reasonably well furnished with pots and dishware. There was no coffeemaker of any kind. Not even a French press. And although there are two large Nespresso machines in the lobby that one can use (at a cost per beverage) neither machine was functioning for the entire two weeks I stayed. Also, apart from cleaning staff there is zero staff on the grounds ever. So if issues do arise the response time can be somewhat long. Overall, a fine and comfortable place to stay with a few small but annoying shortcomings.

Very average but good location. Very poor instructions for checkin, use of amenities and parking. Room was garden level and too cold. Heat is not adjustable. A bit of a disappointment!

Pros: walkable distance to everything (unless you’re mobility restricted), right around the corner from the Royal Palace, heated floors in the bathroom, comfortable bed/bedding. Cons: very thin walls, no daily housekeeping, no reception staff on site, and very limited parking.

The apartment was perfect it had a place as you entered where you could hang coats and hats. The rooms are very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was perfect. Stove, oven, dishwasher, and small fridge. Big wi does and high ceilings. Nice coffee shop on the corner. It is a 10 min walk through the park around the king's castle to Karl Johnn the main walking street and Oslo city center. I highly recommend The Sweet! 👍👍

Charming but noisy room

The hotel is charming and recently renovated. My room had a functioning kitchen and nice seating area. But the room was noisy, not from outside but from different air vents and plumbing. I was not able to log in to the app and it was not clear where the machine for registering was placed.

The apartment was clean and easy to check in and use the app. It is in a great location with easy access to transport links like the tram and buses. The apartments are supposed to have a kitchenette to allow you to make your own food. Our oven did not work, which we did not find out until we had bought frozen pizza to heat up. There is no freezer so these went to waste as the oven could not be troubleshooted over the phone. We reported this on our first night, and were told someone would come to reset it the next day. I had an email asking me to confirm it still wasn't working, which I did, but nobody ever contacted us about it again during our stay. I understand we did not stay long, but this cost us money throwing out food and did mean we couldn't make anything else in the oven while we were there. The check out process was also smooth and instruction were clear.

Nice apartment in a residential neighborhood. We felt safe. Near tram and bus. Nicely decorated and very clean. The only thing we did not like were the showers as they let the water out through the floor and we had to put towels so the water would not go everywhere.

Nice, clean room. Perfect if you’re not planning to spend much time there since it was a bit small. This isn’t a hotel with staff available all the time if you have any questions or issues, and they don’t explain how to move around the place. Expect the experience to actually be like you’re renting out an apartment, so be ready to figure things out on your own.

It’s okay. Good location. Parking easy enough using an app (although the person meeting us wasn’t sure that we could park at the property). Appartment itself was fine with newish fixtures and fittings. Problems - poorly fitted shower door meant the bathroom flooded with every shower, glass door to bathroom (!) with a couple of mm gap, being asked to replace loo roll, thin towels. It would be helpful if there was a map of the city with perhaps some information about the immediate area?

Rooms were clean and spacious. Location is great with multiple dining options and grocery stores close by. If you’re driving, plan accordingly as there are limited spaces at the property.
