The room set-up was such that my husband could not walk around the end of the bed to get to his side of it for sleeping. He had to crawl over the corner. We are in our 70s. I was really tired, so didn't push back, but I wish I had.

The pluses: location and breakfast The minus: very very small and unconfortable bathroom with little amenities and bed location made it very difficult to use . Also even though Oslo temp was excelente , the room was vey hot .. i had to open the Window to have some Air .

Hotel was attached to Oslo main street and historic places, 5 minutes walk to Oslo train station. Breakfast was good, staff and customer service were good. Rooms were small, I am an average person, barely fit in bathroom, or shower. If you are a big person, you don,t fit. This hotel, rated 3*, in my opinion was 2* with north American standards.

A number of high points: customer service,breakfast,location and comfy beds. The low point is room size. There are options here but the smallest is difficult to manoeuvre. The others are better.

Convenient location downtown, but property to BOTH sides of the hotel were under heavy construction, making it impossible to get a quiet room. This was not disclosed prior to booking. Hallway noise was also an issue with how large the gap was at the bottom of the door. Due to construction fencing RIGHT at the front door, they had a temporary luggage ramp set up and was essentially just plywood; definitely too steep for a wheel chair if you needed one.

It was fine.... But, I thought it was very expensive for what it was. Tiny room and very basic decor for USD 200. It felt like it should be a c. USD 130 room. Maybe that's Oslo prices... But, frankly you'd find as good/bad a deal in Paris (which sets a benchmark for tired, tiny, rip-off hotel rooms.)

The location is perfect. A few minutes away from the train station and basically located in the city centre (the main church is literally down the street). The room was nice and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever tried. However, the rooms are poorly isolated so you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the other rooms. Noise from outside is also quite bad (and I was located at the back so not near any streets). The breakfast is really good but the room where it’s served is extremely small. There are a lot of people at any time and it was difficult to find a table (and even when u find it you fell pressured to leave as it’s very crowded and even difficult to go around the room). On my second day I tried 2 times to come down and have breakfast before being able to have a table, even if they ask you to choose a specific time slot to have it. Staff is nice and informative.
