Great hotel choice for city centre break
It's our 2nd time back to this hotel for a short city stay. It's a super convenient location right next to the train station and the main city centre. The breakfast offering is extremely varied and plentiful, and really high quality which is constantly refreshed. Great for setting you up for the day. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Can highly recommend.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location next to Central Station with many trains back to the airport . The breakfast was vast with a great choice they even done Omega 3 vitamins as a choice ive never seen nothing like that in any hotel. Its also huge and sits in a prime location. They even gave me complimentary bottles of water on check in 10/10

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just steps away from the train, bus stations, and the Opera House, with the Munch Museum only a block away. My room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was well-appointed and had a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel—10/10!

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Room had view over water and ice skating park Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a big selection and laid out for easy access

Downgrade of F&B services and closed areas
Unfortunately the bar area was closed for coffee, lunch and drinks during my stay. In fact, the whole coffee lounge and bar area was roped off so it was inaccessible by guests and could not be used as a meeting space for clients. This is quite frankly disgraceful, considering the fact this is a 4 star hotel with a business focus and a very high nightly tariff. We instead had our moved our business meetings to the nearby Radisson, which is also conveniently connected to the train station. And this is where our company shall be staying going forward.

The combination of a festive atmosphere with Christmas lights, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location near shopping, entertainment, and dining must have made for an unforgettable stay. Plus, having a professional and attentive staff always adds that special touch to a getaway. The hotel was ideally located for some great shopping! I will stay here again and recommend.
