Ostrzeszów Vacation Packages

Excellent breakfast! However, what impressed me most was the management of the hotel. My sisters and I stayed at the hotel in three rooms. We initially stayed there for one night on The way to a wedding venue. My room was noisy and the safe was broken. I brought this to the attention of the hotel management. After the wedding we were coming back to the hotel for four nights. I therefore requested that we would be placed in rooms on the top floor, and I agreed to pay the difference in price. When we came back, we got excellent rooms overlooking the garden AT NO EXTRA PRICE. I really appreciated this gesture. This hotel is excellent for families. We enjoyed the garden and since we were so well treated, we will definitely stay here next time we are in Wroclaw.

It was very confusing finding the hotel, the rooms were just as pictured, customer service was not great. But over all good view, the tub was nice and the room was very comfortable

Great location close to transport very clean and quiet. Would stay again

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was a short walk from the market square but in a quiet location. The room was large, with a separate seating area. The hotel organised taxis to and from the airport for us and were great at recommending places to visit, eat and drink. We had a special birthday on our trip and the hotel ensured we had some flowers in the room as part of the celebrations. Would definitely return. Lovely hotel.

Fabulous location and lovely rooms.

Room was always cleaned well, hotel clearly focused on sustainability, good range of options at breakfast

Strange design for a hotel. Perhaps but design in quotes. It was a little strange having to go from the lobby to the sixth floor and then across then down to the third floor to our room but there you go. When it began to make sense it was already time to leave.
