Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. We arrived late and they helped us find food options that were still open and assisted us in the morning with calling a taxi to Auschwitz.

This hotel was a fantastic point in our trip. The spa access helped us have an amazing day where we could relax and recharge. The saunas were nice and hot. The room was wonderful and the restaurant had plenty of options and we left satisfied.

The hotel building is beautiful. It's clearly very old and has been carefully restored and renovated. The staff are polite. The facilities are clean. Food is subjective, but I found the breakfast wasn't very good. I appreciate that it is not possible to cater for everyone's tastes, but there was very little for anyone who didn't want to eat 10 different plates of salad. The bread was hard and plain. There weren't any bread rolls or pastries. I was disappointed with the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. It's not acceptable for this type of hotel not to provide a kettle, tea and coffee. I have seen that other people have raised this issue with the hotel several times, yet nothing has been done. I spoke to reception staff on 2 occasions, and they couldn't explain why they didn't have kettles in the rooms. I was told I could use the bar, and charge the drinks to my room! It's just a basic facility I would expect from any hotel. I think the hotel is more suited to people from Poland than abroad. It doesn't really cater for a variety of tastes and needs.

Pristine, but unsafe.
Very beautiful hotel and pristine. The bathroom in my room had a constant smell of raw sewage. There was 2 receptionists that I met. One with shorter hair was very kind and polite. Another one with longer hair, I had an issue with. I just asked if the massages were included in the hotel fee, or extra. She looked at me as if I was a fool. She spoke english. I repeated myself and she finally "understood" I am an American citizen born and raised, with hispanic descent. The racism at this hotel and the area is very bad. Please be weary. Even the breakfast time, I did not feel safe in this banquet hall. I have never had this issue elsewhere.

It was amazing room was fantastic. We had massages at spa. Was wonderful and very very clean. Their restaurant was very fresh food. And breakfast buffet was really good. We will definitely stay there again when we come to this area.

No Tea Or Coffee
This hotel does not provide tea and coffee making facilities in its rooms. It advertises that tea and coffee is available in a common area, but that is not true. Hotel is clean and the room comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The member of staff on duty when we were checking out was helpful, but we wouldn't stay again.
