Could be refined a bit

Room was great! The terrace bar was nice looking, but the vibe really turned us off. Terrible music mix, all 80's club music. Needs a better mix with jazz, hip hop, R&B, contemporary music. Brittany Spears played over and over again... so over that. Hotel and wait staff were friendly.

The valet staff seemed a bit overwhelmed as we were waiting for our cars. We understand that a lot of people were leaving around the same time, but a bit more help on days after events may make things go a little more smoothly.

Room with a view?

The hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. Bed was comfortable. Nice washroom and shower. They gave us 2 complimentary glasses of wine and complimentary water, soda and chips in the room. Overall a nice place to stay. My only complaint is that we paid extra for a room with a view and I'll attach a picture of the view we got. Very disappointed. We went to ask they staff if they forgot to give us a room with a view and they said that room was considered a room with a view 😯

The service was very good, the front reception is small but the girl was very nice and the manager was very welcoming! I didn’t like that the rooftop patio was not reserved for hotel guests first before the folks off the street so therefor never got to enjoy this amenity.
