Great hotel for the price, right downtown, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. Parking garage behind property and an outside lot for larger trucks (extra $25 per night). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Bed was comfy and clean, so were the towels and bath robes :)

The only good thing about this hotel were the staff. The front of house a valet staff were lively, funny and charming. The “Majestic King” was far from majestic. Disappointed that I paid extra for this room. That’s probably an understatement. It was small, ceiling paint peeling in the bathroom. The tissue box was empty and the handwash as well. We were put on the second floor where the conference rooms are and looked out to a brick wall and a homeless person living in the alley. I can truly say I will not return to this property.

Room 801. Space much smaller than it appears in the photos. Quite audible noise from the elevator during the night and from the neighbor's coughing during the night. $25 parking fee for one night not included in the room price that you have no choice but to take because there is no parking nearby. Everything you need to make coffee (cup, cup, sugar...) but no coffee machine. Two attempts to find out why by calling the reception. No answer. Disappointed. We have already found better for the price. On the other hand, the room was very clean. Congratulations to the room maintenance staff.
