Great location for walking to all the downtown highlights. Room was too hot or too cold never comfortable. Air conditioning came on every 20 minutes as the room would heat up quickly even though outside temps not that warm. Staff were not rude but not overly friendly. Concierge not really sure how to get to the airport by transit. It was on ok stay for the price.

Stayed here for a weekend in Ottawa and had a wonderful experience. Hotel is close to everything including Parliament Hill. Staff were very helpful and Hassan was especially helpful upon check in and parking. Will be returning!
