Staff were nice. Our room was extremely small and in the corner. It was probably an old closet or storage room at one point. The heater nor air conditioner worked. As well half the plug ins didnt work. The bathroom was so small that you had to get into the bathroom and go behind the door to actually close the door

Check in tool awhile... long line. Nice and clean. It was quiet and the pool area was nice. A heater for the pool would be good Will definitely stay here again. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it as well.

We were upgraded to a larger suite this was nice but the entire hotel was recently renovated and it was well done. The idea of having a sit in breakfast at the hotel restaurant with a voucher is great, this way you dont half people picking at the buffet and the service was excellent . The outside pool was clean and most of the pool is decorated with natural green living trees and not plastic.The only drawback is the arrival and departure area is not covered, so you can be expose to the elements
