This hotel had its day but now the rooms were dirty, particularly the ice bucket and less commonly used things seemed to have been months between cleaning. Staff and management were dismissive and acted inconvenienced when mentioned the concerns. The hotel rooms seemed dated and needed an overall refresh.

Good hotel in great location. But customer service can’t be any worse I always book this hotel because it should give me VIP privileges, but it never does ! I never get my room upgraded, and I always assumed they don’t have anything better available. This time I asked the front desk lady for a better room and she gave me multiple options, but very rudely assured me that I have to pay for that upgrade I used to stay at Brookstreet every month, but next time I think I will look for something else

Nice clean well appointed hotel room. However one of the worse nights I have spent in a hotel. Went to bed at 11, was just falling to sleep when some kids out in the hallway it seemed started screaming. Got the adrenaline going. Started to doze off again and the same thing happened. Wide awake this time. Then people were opening and closing their doors until 3 am when exhaustion took over and I slept for a few hours. In the morning when we tried to leave the underground parking, we had left our keys at reception during checkout leaving us no way to get out of the garage. Had to call for help multiple times, with a line of cars behind me, before someone answered and raised the exit bar

I've stayed here a few times now and it's a beautiful spot. Hotel is great and restaurants are also delicious. In our room the shower was half working - half the water passed thru the shower head and half remained out the drain. The clock doesn't quote work as some of the LED lights didn't work anymore.

I sent this email to this hotel. Also followed up with another message, and got no reply. Customer service is abysmal. My letter to them: Recently, I’ve started staying at Brookstreet regularly. My parents are in a nearby elder care facility, and the your hotel has been a convenient and comfortable place to stay when visiting them. I typically stay overnight and can visit them twice, the evening when I arrive, and the following day, before heading home. Last weekend, however, was an exception. I had a junior suite booked for the night of November 22. The hotel was very busy and was hosting an event. I arrived after 4 pm, the check-in time, and was told my junior suite was not available yet. A rush was put on getting the room ready, and I was told it would only be a few minutes. I was given a drink voucher and asked to wait in the bar and told I’d be called on my cell phone when the room was made up. By around 5:30, my phone had not rung. I went back into line and when I got to the counter, the hotel representative told me that my room was still not ready but would see if I could be put somewhere else. Another junior suite was found, and sometime around 5:45 or 6 pm I finally got checked in. It was now too late to join my family for dinner. As well, the room to which I was assigned was directly over the party tent for an event. There was loud music playing in the evening. This was not a quiet or pleasant stay, not worth the $363. Any they don’t care.
