Room was clean. Would be good for a longer stay as it was apartment style with a kitchen and separate bedroom. Price for parking is high and should be included, similar to other nearby hotels.

Great location for our trip, close to U Ottawa, walkable to Byward Market, Lansdowne, Parliament area, etc. Was great to be able to walk everywhere instead of taking a car.

My room looked like it was last updated in the 80s. Worn and tired. The bathroom counter top was rose coloured looking right out the 70s. The saving grace was the staff and their ability to clean the place up! Kudos to them the unsung hero’s! The location is good walkable to parliament buildings and some museums. The market area was also not too far to walk. Parking charge was pushing 40 per night a little pricey but at least underground and protected.

Room was nice but 40$ for parking and 75$ for bringing my dog I find is expensive. Also I called before booking a few days ago and specifically asked if hot tub was fully functional and she said yes but only one jet was working properly during my stay .

The room was large and clean. Teh staff were friendly. The lok is dated but if you want an 80's vibe go for it. It has everything you need. My only complaint is the bed was not comfortable enought for me. I need a memory phone topper. I did n't spend much time in the room.

Downtown location was convenient. Downtown doesn’t always feel safe after dark. The rooms are very outdated for the price. The room was fairly clean. The common areas not as well cared for.
