The property is beautiful and the food and drink selections were good but we found it a little on the pricey side. On the most part the staff was very nice and pleasant but we also had a couple of not so nice front desk staff. We had an issue with our air conditioning not working on our first night and we had to call the front desk three times to get it working. The first call to the front desk about the AC the lady said she had to call us back. We waited over an hour in our room and she never called back, so my husband called the front desk again. They finally sent a technician up to look at it and in our limited french we understood he would fix it from the basement in the control room. He then opened our window and left. We went out for dinner and when we came back to our room we were expecting the AC to be working but it still wasn't and it was super hot in our room even with the window still open. I went down to the front desk again and was told by a male desk clerk that there was nothing they could do tonight as the technician had gone home but that they would send the technician back up the next day and if it couldn't be fixed they would put us in a new room. No one came the next day, so we went down to the front desk again at 1 pm and finally it got fixed. That first night was a rough sleepness night as it was too hot to sleep and we were not impressed.
Other than that, we loved the spa and enjoyed our time there.
