Beautiful property. Received a surprise free room upgrade which was great. However the room was cold and took forever to warm up, a lot of noise from the floor above my room late into the night and banging started again at 6 am. But otherwise I enjoyed my stay and will return

Notre séjour a eu lieu début janvier. Hotel vieux en assez bonne condition 3/5. Restaurant Ono et Kato dispendieux pour la qualité du repas 3/5. Spa Koena pas relaxant du tout. Le site est très bien mais cellulaire permis, les gens parlent partout et trop de monde sur le site. Très convoité, il faut arriver tot car il ya une file d’attente pour entrer des 9h 3/5.

One of the two beds we had was sinking in when you would lay on top. Definitely needs to be replaced. The pillows are terribly uncomfortable when you lay your head on them. Thin walls can almost hear every word someone was saying next door. Everything was very clean though!
