Host were very courteous, and helpful. The property is lacking in parking, the breakfast area is too small and can not keep up with replenishing the food, especially on the weekends. Noisy neighbours slamming door in the morning.

no parking..."longterm guests" parked work trucks with trailers taking up 7 spots each, yes I said 7 spots, they must be made to park elsewhere. Breakfast area needs to be bigger based on the size of the hotel.

The walls were paper thin, could hear next room over very easily. There was no parking. Even though rooms have assigned spots. Reception said that some rooms had 4-5 cars which doesn’t make sense. Would be nice if they enforced that more

The toilet in our hotel room didn’t work, maintenance didn’t know too much about what to do. Staff at front desk made our check in difficult. Convenient area for hockey games or shopping.

The property in itself was in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast buffet was good, although I wish there was bacon and not just sausage. The room was clean but the beds squeaked and the pillows were too small.

Very clean. Very easy to check in. Gave us accommodations to check in early. Free parking. Close to our wedding location that we were attending very nice breakfast options included in the morning. More than just muffins and coffee.

We were going to a hockey game and weeks prior to the game someone called and asked if we wanted in on a shuttle! Incredible service. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but given the amount of traffic, probably understandable..
