This was our first trip to Ottawa and this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Ottawa.

needs a face lift/ the room itself was clean and neat...but the exterior and the courtyard/ pool area is not great - a courtyard view = a boring rooftop view......plant/ put some greenery on that roof or an art installation for viewing interest - other wise I wouldnt have paid extra.
