Our quick trip to Ottawa!
My daughter asked if we could stay for the rest of the week. She loved how close it was to the Market. She enjoyed the cafe in the hotel. Was bummed that the pool was closed for renovations, but managed to have a great time.

The extra charge for parking was expensive and unexpected. We have stayed here before and did not experience the same charge. $35 per day was far too expensive and unexpected. Will not be staying here again based on this charge.

Upon our arrival we weren’t helped with our luggage and check in was abrupt. The lack of help was evident when I asked about Starbucks they told me they had one inside the hotel NOT What they had was a machine that made coffee when I asked for an actual Starbucks no one would help me.meanwhile there was a couple of Starbucks close with in meters of the hotel. Wasn’t informed of the underground parking.The remote for the TV didn’t work had to unplug the TV TO TURN IT OFF.All in all would never book again. Was very disappointed. We stayed at the Marriott on Kent Street it was amazing 4 stars easy

We were not notified prior to check-in that the hotel was undergoing renovations which had closed their pool and gym facilities. We are travelling with children so this was extremely disappointing. A simple email to make us aware would have been appreciated. We would have booked elsewhere.

In the heart of downtown.
Great location. Room was a good size. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Any requests were met. Only problem was that the pool was closed for renovations at this time. Good selections of restaurants nearby.
