Props to Shirley on the main desk. She is amazing, helpful, friendly and professional. So nice to have a smiling pleasant face to market your brand! Room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Busy hotel with lots of guests,yet still was quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job keeping up with the turnover!

Awful, people living in Hotel have over run the place. Vandalism throughout building, unkept, unmaintained , kids running up and down halls, homeless throughout, how could days inn allow this to happen. Run down. Dirty, we felt unsafe. Cecel hotel in Los Angeles but in Ottawa

This hotel appears to be subsidized for government housing. Homeless people and low income families are being housed at this hotel.

There seems to be families living there and dogs barking I had teenagers just lying across the hall and kids running everywhere all day in the hallways. On the first floor there a section that is closed off we had a room in that section. Dank moist and smelly. The only positive side is the warm friendly staff kudos to them for being in a crappy environment and keeping their smiles
