Everything was great except the breakfast, it close at 9am but if you get there 830 and they have ran out of things they dont replenish it, mainly the proteins e.g. bacon, sausage, eggs.

We are an older couple and found it noisy with kids running the halls. We were not told that as we were only staying two nights our room would not be cleaned so we had no coffee or tea in our room the second morning. We’ve stayed several times before , this time was a little disappointing.

The hotel was very busy when we went and the walls are very thin. We could hear everything happening in the hallway and the room next to us and because of this, we could not sleep, we kept being woken up all night because of all the noise. The breakfast area is way too small for the amount of people at the hotel. They have very minimal options and the choices they do have are not that great.

Excellent 2-night stay for World Juniour hockey game. 1.5 km safe walk from Canadian Tire centre after the game and $9 tip uber delivery to the less-crowded entrance before the game. Wonderful, friendly desk staff. Hard-working breakfast and housekeeing staff. Cimfortable spacious suite with separate bedroom area from living room and bathroom areas. Close to Costco/Home Depot (around corner) and losds of shopping /dining snd Tanger outlet across the 417 highway. Ikea and massive Indigo about 12 min towards downtown Ottawa, just off 417. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, good hard boiled eggs, bread and bagels (and toaster conveyor), oatmeal, cold cereals, bananas, oranges and apples, low sugar yogurt (3 varieties), tea and coffee. It was busier the later you went.

The only issue we had. Their was coffee grinds out in where water goes in coffee maker in room. Other then that it was a good experience. Decent breakfast.
