Avoid rooms on the 4th floor as the pool is there and it smelled very bad of chlorine in our room. Also the window had an inch thick of ice on it due to high levels of humidity from the pool. Rooms were very nice and upgraded. Enjoyed the underground parking.

Big, spacious and comfortable rooms. Solid amenities in this hotel and overall, an excellent value. I did have to pay for the extra wi-fi, as basic service would not suffice. Would stay here again.

Fabulous

Great hotel with the friendliest of staff - all happy and willing to great you and help. Rooms are spacious, brightly, nicely decorated and more importantly, very clean. Breakfast is plentiful and there's a 24-hour coffee & tea station by reception. I always enjoy coming back to this hotel when working with a client nearby. One small thing that would be a great addition is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom - but not a deal breaker!

The place is very clean. The bad part was they didn’t tell us that they were hockey tournaments going on so the hotel was full of hockey kids playing running up and down the hallways. You can’t go to the pool cause they’re jumping all over in the water even you’re supposed to not jump or dive in so for older people that go there just to relax and have a good time. It’s not the best place to go. Make sure you find out if there’s hockey Tournaments going on. I’ll never go back when I know there’s a hockey tournament. The rest was very good it’s clean the staff is good but it’s a waste of money if you think you’re gonna go there to relax and go to the pool you can’t even get in the pool so from now on I’ll definitely phone in advance and if there’s any kind of hockey tournament or I’ll never go back it’s the same thing like when I went to Microtel in Canada they had hockey tournaments and they had no control. They lost the complete control to kids running up and down playing screaming they went up. I don’t know how many times it was a real bad trip for three days.
