Room was great. Location was perfect. The wifi was inaccessible. I was referred to a tech support online, who referred me to the front desk, who referred me to online support, who referred me to the front desk. Never received a solution. Made it difficult to get the work I had planned on completing done, which was annoying to me. Wifi HAS to be available or else I will book elsewhere. There was wifi advertised.

Breakfast expect boiled eggs and waffle and the rest is Pork. Kids and teenagers running around knocking doors and playing baseball and that would keep you up all night long Management not interested to deal with situations after 1600 reason why kids don't listen.

Not happy with Hampton.

I was traveling with 2 seniors and my wife. I booked a room with 2 queen beds 3 weeks before our travel. The day of our stay we called at 12ish to try and get an early checkin. Not available, no problem we went on our excursion first. Tried to check in at 8ish and I was told they could only offer a king room with an air mattress. Unfortunately the city was extremely busy and we could not find other room with 2 queen beds. Hotels.com helped with resolution but that meant the seniors stayed at this property and we stayed 20 miles away. Not happy with Hampton
