The first day was terrible as AC / Heat not working. We didn’t sleep well but in the morning we complained it at front desk and they moved us to a different room and that was above our expectations. We enjoyed rest of our stay.

All was good except for being called 'Miss Mary' by the person at the front desk when I checked out. It's an example of the dismissive treatment that a woman with grey hair/senior? receives from others daily. It was an excellent stay until that point and left a feeling of having been 'stabbed in the heart'.
