I would love to tell you all about my stay but I couldn't make my reservation due to a family emergency. I contacted the hotel hoping they would allow my booking to become a credit for a future stay, but they flatly declined. I paid for the night and the room was never used. My father fell and broke his neck but their response was "I had passed the cancellation deadline" (by 24 hours).

The only down size is you pay extra for Uber with extra charges for airport drop off and pick up. There’s nothing close by for food other than the hotel restaurant.

The entrance and dining room was very spacious and inviting. One negative point in the room we stayed in was the shower. I'm glad I didn't stay for more than two nights. Also, one negative point about breakfast - never again. It was not worth my money and it really never is. I wouldn't mind paying a LOT more if the Hilton Hotel improved the kitchen and appointed a head chef. I will be trying another hotel next time, thank you for your outstanding customer care. You have attentive, polite and professional staff managing this hotel.

Original arrangement was for a King sized bed. We had a queen sized but didn't realize until we were unpacked... too much a bother to change then. Pool location should be marked clearly, had to go down to main desk, no one even answered phone when I called down to ask. Husband didn't believe there was one....it was clean. Hot tub needed defoamer added
