Nice building but somehow you're near nothing even though it's in downtown Ottawa. The parking deck is demonic. Parking is $30 a day but not noted clearly upon booking. Hotel service from the front desk to the maids is mediocre. Not worth the money.

Great service by all the staff, very comfortable and beautiful decor for room, quiet and relaxing. Convenient to have snacks area, beautiful lounge, restaurant, pool and large screen (50")tv to enjoy. Arra was close to a nice walking area. We will stay here again.

Comfortable and Clean as usual

Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable, as I expected from Hilton. The only thing that surprised me was bathroom products which were claimed to be Neutrogena, but were not.
