Checked into a room that had no air conditioning and was handed a fan from the front desk and said sorry. this is the best we can do. Room was 78 plus degrees entire stay. Door would not secure so we had to trust that the clasp would prevent entry. Pool was indoors but was absolutely freezing. Requested refund for the room and IHG points were offered and said sorry this all we can do. Would never stay at another IHG facility.

The room was ok, but the pool water was very cold was dirty with dead insects and the bottom of the pool when you walk you can feel the dirt, on the out side, around the pool was full of dead insects, spiderwebs, very, very poor management. πŸ‘Ž

They ran out of toilet paper in the whole hotel according to the front desk clerk. When I asked what I should do when I was denied rolls at 9:30 at night, the response was, β€œit would probably be easiest if you went to the grocery store and bought more.”

Basic / clean hotel in Ottawa. No complaints outside of apparently very poor soundproofing between rooms, based on the angry call I received at 3am from an insane sounding woman claiming we were keeping her awake despite only watching movie on an ipad at low volume.
