Great hotel, spacious room, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but included for free so can't complain. Parking was easy to access and we always found a space. Shopping and dining options available a short drive away. Would stay here again.

We had booked a 2 bedroom suite. Upon checkin, we confirmed this. The reception staff said “no, you have a 1 bedroom suite”. I said “no. Booked and paid for a 2 bedroom.” Then he faffed around like it wasn’t available or clean (well after the check in time). Finally got the room we paid for, but how sneaky to just downgrade our paid reservation. Plus the pool was closed and we weren’t notified until check in. The surrounding area is completely under construction. Stay elsewhere.
