THE Place to Stay in Ottawa
Modern, comfortable hotel in a great location in downtown Ottawa. This hotel has become my go to place when in Ottawa. Hotel restaurant serves a great breakfast and on the edge of Byward market with many great dining options.

Our stay at the hotel was decent for one night. Nothing special about the hotel. The rooms were not great for sound, you could hear the elevator clearly going up and down floors. The hotel is located in a good spot for walking around Ottawa if that is what you are looking for. Overall the stay was average.

Le Germain Ottawa Downtown opened in 2018 and has the feel of being “new”… Le Germain is a Canadian family-owned hotel and the attentive and always above-and-beyond helpful staff give a personal touch to visits… the craftsmanship in the modern design and mixture of wood, stone, glass and updated colour scheme and curating of wall art is clearly apparent… the rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable with under-floor heating… every power and data connection is conveniently located around the room… Le Germain Ottawa Downtown is an easy walk to Parliament Hill, the Rogers Centre and shopping and is always my go-to first call for booking a room in Ottawa…
