Stayed here as a group of five for a quick stop in Ottawa. While the hotel is fairly well-located, I was very disappointed by the customer experience. Upon checking in, we were offered the opportunity to upgrade our room to a renovated suite for an additional but discounted fee. We declined the offer but upon reaching our room we noticed that the number of washrooms did not match what we had selected from Expedia. Only when we asked the front desk about the discrepancy, did they want to be "fully transparent" about the room configuration and that they only have a limited number of suites with two bathrooms and there were none left available for our stay. However, we could still upgrade for a fee to get a suite with two bathrooms. One bathroom to 5 adults was not what we had signed up for. We had to call the front desk to ensure there were enough sets of towels for everyone while the suite is said to sleep 6. All in all, we walked away feeling deceived and that another hotel might have cared more about our stay.

The property is very centrally located, the suites are spacious and the 2 bedroom included a washer and dryer. The kids loved the pool, the gym had a little of everything. Very friendly and accommodating staff from the front desk to housekeeping. The only negatives (which didn't bother us) is the traffic noise on the particular intersection is very loud and there is no hot tub.

Excellent location. The hotel has their own parking (extra fee) but we can find a public parking nearby. Very friendly staffs. Spacious family two bedrooms. The garbage and recycle bins from previous guest (s) were not emptied. Detergents for laundry were not provided and the laundry machine was very noisy while in use.

The hotel is well located. Many historic places and places of interest are within walking distance. The rooms are reasonably priced, although somewhat dated and worn slightly. But large sized rooms and well equiped. Parking is located nearby and connected to the Hotel. Parking is not included, but that was fine. We would stay here on our next trip to Ottawa.
