Very spacious with kitchen and two bedrooms. Great for families. It is very central and walking distance to parliament and subway station is one block away. There is no hot tub. Lots of weed smokers and homeless people downtown Ottawa and around the hotel.

Motel, not a 4 start hotel
Very disappointed with this hotel. Although it is conveniently located to the parliament, this hotel is a disaster. DO NOT book the classic room. It’s so bad that I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off inside. The dishwasher had utensils from the previous guests inside. There were no towels in the room for any guests. Laundry machine had a random towel sitting on top from previous guest. When I discussed this at the front desk, I was asked to pay another 40$ for an upgrade. If you stay here, book a modern room. Do not book the classic room.

Check in at 5pm and check out at 10am. Parking is extra and they charge a premium for it. Area surrounding was very unsafe apecially at night. Room was dirty and dusty. They new we were a party of 4 and only provided 1 bed set and 2 towels. Several lights were not working. Before checkput tome there were already cleaning entering the room as we were getting ready to leave, hopefully for good.

The room itself was very nice. However there were dust bunnies in it so it didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well. Also the hotel parking lot was full so we had to park offsite which was difficult given that we had small children with us. The most frustrating thing was that I requested a crib when I made the reservation and messaged the hotel the morning of our arrival to confirm that a crib was available only to be told on our arrival that a crib had not been reserved for us and that they had run out.

Excellent stay in one of the newly renovated suites. Super comfortable for our family's Thanksgiving dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful providing extra chairs when we needed them. All the necessities were there.

Excellent location. Walking distance to numerous downtown Ottawa attractions. Staff were all welcoming and friendly and able to answer all my questions. I loved that the front desk left a voicemail and sent me a text asking if my room was ok. I rated the area around the property as 4 because of the homelessness situation. It is not the hotel's fault that the homeless situation has escalated to this extent but patrons should be mindful when walking outdoors especially after dark.

We like the property location, it is convenient with all the stores. Employees are friendly. Do not get the classic room, the carpet is disgusting and the room smells like something is rotten, I think its because of the carpet. Other rooms are ok they are updated and look clean.

Our room was upgraded to a modern 2 bedroom.....the room is beautiful, modern and clean, we had a nice view from our room, everything is walking distance.Will definitely come back and stay in Les Suite Hotel again.
