Friendly staff, comfortable bed. We got a classic suite, a bit dated but we expected that for the price discount. Room layout was good. Haven’t been to Ottawa in a while but there seemed to be more homeless people out and about. Did not feel unsafe however. Quick walk to parlement and byward market. Suited our needs as a family. Dog friendly without weight limit which is the main reason we chose to stay at Les suites. Would stay here again.

Extremely noisy, had to sleep with earplugs. The hallways aren’t soundproof but also the siding on the hotel makes a ton of noise in the wind so it sounded like there was construction 24/7.
