Staff was prompt and courteous. Valet Service was convenient. Room was clean But unfortunately our door did not seal properly and you could hear every noise in the hallway throughout the night.The room was very cold despite the windows being closed, and the heating turned to max, the fridge was also not working correctly and didn’t keep things cool. Pillows were about 2 inches thick so we used a towel for added comfort. The curtains were nice and dark I guess so we got a couple hours of sleep in the dead of night
