So we arrived early and were told the room would be ready at 2 or 3 at the latest. So we came back at a bit before 3. Were told room...still not quite there but we can have a seat. He then...I guess his shift ended so he left...so we continued to wait a while. We then went up and asked and they said our room was already ready...and they did not know we were waiting... Ok, then I asked that same guy, on a different day how to become a Hilton member, since the website was having issues, told me to fill out a form and that he will submit it and I will get an email...I am still waiting...maybe it takes time. I also asked and filled out a form at the last Hilton I was at (also downtown but different hotel...never got an email.) Anywho other then that average stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Double Tree by Hilton in Ottawa. Its close to all the attractions and places to visit. The Cuban Lady Yami at The Albion Rooms and the rest of the staff were very friendly and kind. I will definetley recommend.
