I found this to be a convenient and comfortable place to stay while attending a conference. The location was great-- close to the Byward market, galleries, museums, and Parliament. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel! Not a lot of space in rooms but comfortable enough and clean. We could hear the person in the next room snoring which wasn’t amazing and one of the beds was noisy but these weren’t huge problems. The welcome cookies are a delicious touch!

The hotel rooms are tidy, uncleaned, no drinking water for regular customer, no ventilation in washroons, no hand soap provided, blankets were dirty, room cleaning service was bad even not cleaned the table, no extra toilet paper, the worst experience first time in life.

Kind staff. Excellent cookies at check in. Clean room. Here’s where it gets weird - Parking garage, truly thoughtless for guests in terms of access, convenience and safety - you have to literally walk up and down the drive ramps with luggage etc, to get to the hotel access elevator without safety paths (as ramps are exclusively for vehicles) so best of luck! Would be nice if they offered a better way to load in luggage. But oddest thing was that there is NO conditioner in bathroom at this hotel. You must call front desk as a special request. I did and a gloved hand soon knocked on my door and passed to me through the door crack as I dripped with matted hair in a towel waiting for the special ask conditioner. This is actually a deal breaker of an inconvenience for me as a short term stay, female biz traveler. Not a place to scrimp and save. Little but important detail.
