I very much like this property. I’ve stayed here on business trips in the past. My one concern - and something that would prevent me from returning on a solo trip - is that there are no safety measures at all in the shower area: no grips on the bathtub, no safety bar to hold onto. For anyone with even minor mobility difficulties this is a real problem: there could easily be a fall, which could be catastrophic for a person. I hope the property will address this and make the point about accessibility clear on its website. Otherwise I would discourage any solo traveller with mobility issues from staying there.

I don't like my experience with this hotel. It is very dark. Looks durty. Like old train station. There are no slippers in the room, no bath rope. The shower gel bottles are durty with soap rings around. Looks like nobody washed it. Very old photo wallpaper on the wall. Room is small.

I liked this hotel's proximity to the convention centre, shopping and lots of dining options. It was easy to get to from the airport (via Uber) and staff were lovely and helpful. They also included a warm cookie at check in!!

The restaurant was overpriced which was unfortunately made room service too expensive. The room smelled strongly like cleaning product, a carpet shampoo probably. Location was great for accessing the Roger centre for a conference. Staff were very friendly and provided good service. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good water pressure and really hot water. However, wish I had chosen a hotel with more amenities. Coffee shop and gym would have been good to have.
