A genuine pleasure to stay

I love staying at reStays, it's one of my favourite places to book in the world. Staff is always super pleasant, beds are fantastic and the rooms are amazing. You can't ask for a better location downtown, close to government and business meeting spots as well as fantastic amenities. PS - love, love the washer/dryers in every unit. Makes travel so much easier.

Great location! Parking is conveinient once you check in but going from parking garage to front desk to check in is a bit of a hassle. I satyed for 4 nights, no housekeeping. Shower pressure not the greatest.

Skating on the Rideau

This hotel was perfect. All downtown Ottawa attractions were walkable. Winterlude right outside doorway. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ottawa.

Property was great - right in the center of town walkable to all the main areas. Liked having the large space in our room. Beds and pillows were a little stiff - preference element - but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Ambiance propre mais froide.Payer plus pour avoir un balcon et fumer,mais arriver à l’hôtel on apprend que c’est interdit.Pas d’endroit clairement indiqué à l’extérieur pour fumer.La télé n’est pas à la vue dans le lit et canapé de faux cuir très froid sans confort pour regarder la télé.
