fridge is loud. door is thin and has a gap from the floor. can hear sound from the hall. prefer to book when it is not busy. breakfast is good. staff is really friendly and helped me to change to a room that is not facing the street. room facing the street is thin and can hear cars. no slippers provided.

The staff was very kind and considerate. Needed a few things and they were very quick to help us out. Didn't like the parking, spaces are very narrow so once in hard to get out of vehicle especially if a truck or larger SUV is in next space.

子連れで5泊利用しました。フロントスタッフもキッチンスタッフも、とてもフレンドリーで親切なので、とても気分良く過ごせました。朝ごはんの種類も多く、味も良かったです。ホテル自体も綺麗で、ランドリールームやジムもあるので、ロングステイでもストレスなく過ごせます。ダウンタウンから離れていて、徒歩圏内にレストランはありませんが、車があれば、空港からも近いし、無料駐車場もあるし、静かでいい場所だと思います。
