The room was exactly as expected. Clean and spacious for our needs. It was relatively quiet and has plenty of parking. Unfortunately during my stay I encountered unforeseen circumstances and needed an additional night. The staff were incredibly accommodating and booked me another night without having to change rooms. The only CON was the lack of a fitted sheet for the bed. The sheet wanted to keep coming off and had to be readjusted often.

A nice place in the Ottawa area!
Check in receptionist wasn't very friendly and at first, couldn't find my reservation. Regardless, the day staff front desk person was wonderful and helpful. Room was clean. No coffee machine though - although the supplies were there and I reported it. Room is lovely and clean. No other issues.

Paid in advance via Expedia, charged again at check-in. Attempts to contact them for refund has met excuses, failure to return call. After finally contacting them, they claim I've been refunded but blame the lack of any refund appearing on "North America-wide technical issues" with Chase POS ... yet Chase makes no mention of this. I do not trust the operators of this hotel. 15 days later and still no sign of any refund.

This was a nice property for the most part. It was clean and the room was well appointed. The property was very nicely landscaped with good curb appeal. Convenience of parking in front of the room was great. The only problem was there was a night stand on one side of the bed only.

My room was full of fruit flies. At least 30. And you could see remnants of splattered flies on lampshades and walls from previous guests. The light bulbs in the lamps in my room made loud clicking noises for at least 30 minutes after turning them off at night..i guess they were cooling down? No toilet paper holder, and one half roll of toilet paper left from previous guest. Only positive was that the other guests were quiet and i slept well.

Good price and it was remarkably quiet . Some of the little things were annoying (Rm 36) ---sink plug was permanently down. ---no plug for the bath tub -- but I stuffed a hand towel in and that worked --- clock was the wrong time and wouldn't adjust ---- couldn't figure out how to work the lamp beside the bed --- no garbage pail in the room

Family owned and very friendly owners. The toilet flush was very and sometimes didn't work. The TV was blurry and only basic cable. Otherwise, it was a nice clean place..
