Fine for 1 night alone or with a still sleeper!

Had to wait 30 minutes at 2300 to get in to the room as they use codes for the doors and couldn’t get it to work. This may have been a one off but 30 minutes to check in is excessive when there is no other way to get you into a room. You have to give lots of information to the hotel just to get the code so not great if you’re data conscious. Hotel is very clean and quiet if you get a room on the rear of the building. The mattress was definitely sinking towards the middle so you spent most of the night trying not to lay on the other person and the sheets made a lot of noise whenever someone moved. The only way I can describe them is stiff and uncomfortable. The hotel is clean and as it is cheaper than others around so I guess you get what you pay for.

2 issues: construction noise during the day. I overpaid the parking lot by mistaken, I asked for help but the clerk attendant gave me a phone number to call. After called, the pho supporter did not help me out. Really disappointing.

Very nice room(s) with comfy beds and pillows and the code to get in and out was very convenient. We made good use of the full kitchen and the location was very convenient to walk to major sites of Ottawa.

Our stay was fine. It was last minute and well priced with paid parking. The fitness center and game room were kind of banged and dirty. The sofa in the apartment was worn out. Apartment otherwise was clean, good WiFi and modern.
