The room was wonderful and full service which was so surprising. They had all the elements of home and what we needed plus some! The continental breakfast had everything to make a guest satisfied and with so much more than well known chains. My husband and I would most definitely come back again next time we are in Ottawa. The rooms are dated but clean and comfy. I like the suite style and having a kitchen. The included breakfast is solid. The inn is very well located. The staff from the front desk to cleaners were extremely friendly. Having to pay extra for bad parking spots was weird. Getting a small refund if you skip a day of cleaning is cool. So overall I would go here again.
