The hotel was dated but the room was clean, beds were comfy and there was lots of space for a comfortable stay. The staff were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions and the restaurant delivered right to our room. We will definitely be back.

Room was clean but very worn and dated (e.g., leaky taps, peeling caulking). I felt like what was depicted in photos/description was not the reality so it was a bit of a surprise upon check-in. Breakfast was very cramped and chaotic. However, the location is very good.

I appreciated the parking lot in the heart of downtown, although it was expensive. Checking in was a breeze, and the breakfast was amazing. However, I didn't like it for the following reasons: - staff were bossy and less approachable. - The room was big, but it was so stuffy that I woke up around 2 am and sensed an old smell from the room. I couldn't go back to sleep. - It was all curtained; there was no natural light. It was stuffy because these rooms never got fresh air from outside. All these fans and ventilation tools circulate the same air inside. I hate this stuffed and suffocating air.
