I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The suite was large - with the full kitchen one could easily stay for a longer term. I was just there overnight but the central location is very close to the Rideau canal and Parliament Buildings. Staff were great, would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice Services were good quiet don't think that I didn't enjoy is that I had a call to my room at 10:35 saying that maintenance was coming to my room and they're waiting outside I didn't call for maintenance and check out his at 11:00 so I feel like it was being rushed out of my room faster than I needed to be. If the "maintenance call" was simply to tell me or give me the warning that check out time was coming soon they could have called stating high this is a courtesy call to remind you that check out time is at 11:00 But overall it was nice place hotwl to stay at. would recommend it

The staff are very professional and attentive to customer needs. I like the effect that they have a team of bilingual staff it allows customers who do not know how to speak English to feel safe when explaining their needs in French. I remember Mr Julien, one of the staff who offered us better service in French, we had the impression of being in France. Also the breakfast was so fresh and good !
