It was conveniently located to many walking distance attractions and dining. The room we stayed in is huge and was not expected with plenty of what we need for amenities.

Great hotel - large apartment with balcony (great view) centrally located in downtown Ottawa. Breakfast with tons of choices and even pre-prepared bags of breakfast and snacks for those on the go. Front desk helpful. Near multiple ethnic restaurants and coffee houses and on major local bus routes. Easy to get an Uber - cheap by US standards. About 20 min walk to Parliament; about 10 min walk to Rideau Canal path and Canadian Museum of Nature. Would definitely stay again.

This property remains a favourite for me. The location is perfect!!! The staff are Always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The rooms are super spacious and always spotless!!. On site parking is super convenient. A definite 11/10.

This was the perfect hotel for us to stay for 5 night. The placement is perfect- just 10-15 min to any sightseeing!! The most I like it’s free breakfast and free laundry!!! In the room you have tv and computer!! Also kitchen for your convenience. Next time I know where to stay and tell my friends about that.

Conveniently located within easy walking distance to the Parliament Buildings and Restaurants in the area Thought that the parking rate was high, but cheaper options in the area would be less convenient. Both TVs in the suite were not working properly. Had to have the Hotel Staff come to replace some of the equipment before they worked properly.

Everything was super good, especially the breakfast options. The only area which needs improvement is to increase the number of elevators or improve the size of elevators. Existing elevators are small therefore waiting time is more.

Rooms very clean and spacious. Everything you need is in the room. Free laundry room. Hotel provides soap and dryer sheets. Breakfast had lots of variety of food and drinks. Also at dining area they give a snack bag with bottle of water, granola bar, oatmeal cookies, and a candy. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Not one complaint about this place. Staff are happy too. Kudos to the owner. More businesses could learn alot from this very smart owner. I would 100pc recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
