The property was close to restaurants and most of the sights. The room was huge and had everything we needed and more. We liked that breakfast was included and laundry was free to use too. The only thing we would have liked was a second bedside table in the room - I understand the property is marketed as a business inn, but as a couple we had to choose who got to use the one table.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very good and the laundry facilities were excellent as we’re travelling for a while. Thank you.

Generally the property is very good and the staff are great plus the breakfast is amazing. Unfortunately we had 2 issues in our room that needed maintenance but the guy came quick and fixed the issue immediately

One of the best hotel we have stayed! The room is spacious with a full size of kitchen. There are even a computer and a printer in the room. The free breakfast is awesome. Free laundry and gym are provided. Very good location. 15 minutes walk to parliament hill. Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service. Room was also very clean and had all things I needed. I needed to print documents and most of the places were already closed, but to my surprise, I found a printer in the room ready to use. My overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend to others.

This hotel is a gem with a reasonable price point! It must have been an apartment at one time, our room had a small kitchen and living area. The community it's in is amazing with many restaurants and bars however it was quiet during the night. The free breakfast, albeit very busy had what you needed to start your day. FREE laundry facilities that included soap and dryer sheets. It was perfect for us since we had quite a bit of travel coming up. I would stay here in a heartbeat and will recommend to friends and family.

Firstly I have to say that my suite exceeded my expectations, it was really nice and spacious! For the room I’d give 10/10 Now my experience checking in was terrible, PETER at front desk was extremely condescending and rude to me, I think he needs some training on how to handle situations professionally. The Indian guy at front desk ( forgot his name) was nice and professional. Overall I would come back for the suite but with a better welcome from staff and better management of parking too. It’s a bit chaotic.

Great stay overall, I got the mini suite which is perfect for 2 people, and comfortable for 3. A long stay can be planned easily here. The kitchen is fully equipped with clean and wide variety of utensils. The bed was comfortable and washroom was clean. They should include 2 pair of slippers for free though- it costs $3 a pair. The complimentary breakfast was the star of our stay. The hashbrowns could have been crispier but that's probably just my personal preference. Overall, a great stay and experience.

We enjoyed our stay, been here twice. Would come back again. Free breakfast is great....lots of options. Area has lots of choices for eating and shopping. However, the hallways have a strong cigarette smoke smell? They do try to eliminate it with fans and air freshener, but it still remains. It's a very nice option for long stays as we get the king suite with a bedroom, fully supplied kitchen.....and it's walkable to our son's apartment.

This is an ideal venue close to downtown shopping, dining and entertainment. Whether you are staying for one night or one week, there are various room options available at reasonable prices. There is laundry onsite and a great complimentary breakfast. This is our "go to" place when we are in Ottawa.

I Stay with the Bussiness Inn and Suites 3-4 times a year for a few days per visit. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. The hotel has everything you could possibly want to feel at home. It is my first choice every time I book a trip to Ottawa.
