I love this hotel. It was my first time staying here and it will now be my choice every time I visit Ottawa. I am actually already booed to stay here again at the end of May. The staff is pronominal, friendly and helpful. They accommodated my needs and it is just an overall really beautiful hotel.

Sleepless night

6th floor, street side. Homeless people on the streets, so much noise all night long. Hard time sleeping, even with ear plugs. The bed was comfortable but the shower was horrible, no water pressure at all. Wouldn't go back.
