Location was fantastic. Short walk to Parliament and other important sights. The staff was easy to deal with. The fan in the bathroom was broken and had been for some time as evidence from the peeling paint on the ceiling. The room was really small with no place to unpack clothing/personal effects.

Had a great stay here. It was well maintained , clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. There is no pool but a great gym with ping pong tables, a basketball hoop and a little putting green. Would highly recommend for all of the above as well as location

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. My son loved the activities room and we had a lovely dinner in the on-site restaurant. The only complaints I had was that my room was on an outside wall near a club at 5 AM I was woken up to loud noises of people leaving the club. Other than that, it was a place I would go back to.

Positives: rooms, staff, location Negatives: bathtub/shower had no grab bars, and since step up into bathtub was high, more elderly people may find it difficult to get into and out of. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only valet parking available, which was expensive.

Very nice hotel but the water pressure on the shower was too too too low. Unfortunately This is a deal breaker for me. Also too much noise on the steer after hours and can hear inside our room. This was most likely because we were on a lower floor (2nd floor)
