We were not provided instructions on how to access property til after midnight which was to late for us. We had to go get a hotel room instead. Thought the info was was supposed to arrive 24 hours before check in. Very poor service...feels like a scam.

Very nice room. All was good. One thing, if you are going to pay when arriving then you need etransfer capabilitity to pay for your stay.
