Updated Rooms

Older hotel building but with recent upgrades. Loved that the floors were LVP instead of carpet. Rooms looked like they had recent update with new fixtures. Front desk was not manned when we checked in, shortly after 10pm. Breakfast was mediocre with mostly packaged food choices.

Good value, very functional

The SureStay was suitable for our needs as we had family events in Kemptville. It was good value for money, had the basics we needed, was overall quite clean and well-functioning. The breakfast is basic, some furnishing is a bit dated, but there was a charm to the community feeling. Sid was very helpful and attentive.

Room was clean. Funiture looks repurposed but otherwise in good shape (holes in the top of dresser where I'm assuming wires used to go through, plastic on fridge half pealed off). My room happened to be near the road so it was a little noisy. Staff were quick and polite. I would stay here again.
