Staff were friendly and helpful. They dealt with a barking dog left alone by owner quickly and discreetly. An easy 10 minute stroll to restaurants and theatres in the nearby mall. My only complaint was that the included breakfast was very basic and average quality.

This property had great rooms. Very clean, spacious useful rooms. The pool has a chair lift for accessibility which I have never seen in a hotel before. The bathroom configuration was a bit too tight (small). They put the sink outside of the room with the shower and toilet so everyone could access the sink while the shower or toilet were in use, however this seemed pointless since the property has a full kitchen with a sink. It would have been better to just have a comfortable sized bathroom. The business centre was a bit out I. The open, but since I used it at night without anyone around, I was glad to have the space.

Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything outside if you have a room on first floor. Don’t get excited about free breakfast either. Not much selection. Hard boiled eggs were cold.
