The property itself is nice and clean. We booked a stay for a Sunday-monday , arrived at the lobby to establish we were already charged for a nights stay , turns out it booked us in on saturday. We followed proper chanels for a refund and when we left we were told it would be coming but it hasnt. We then recieved a message about it, then a phone call being denied. We were Stuck in a snow storm and had to be charged a second time to stay for our orignal trip. Breakfast was decent. Hot tub was closed which was also disappointing since we picked this hotel for that reason. i wouldnt reccomend. Customer service/support is terrible.
